GGGolf Touch : Touch screen software for your members

User friendly touch screen interface that allows members to enter and view their reservation cards, view their personal tee times, view tee time sheets, and enter games for their handicap factor calculation. Members can easily choose their language preference.

GGGolf Touch provides your members with a user friendly interface that allows them to easily book and view their reservations cards, view their current tee times and view the current tee time sheets, all real time ! They can also easily enter their games for their handicap factor calculation using GGGolf Handicap.

GGGolf Internet offers basically the same features as GGGolf Touch but in a very user friendly Web interface and all real time!

Entering reservations cards

Touch screen reservations card entry is sophisticated while being very user friendly. Members are guided through the process one step at a time with on screen instructions. Among the many features included are:

Up to 7 available dates for reservations are automatically displayed as large date buttons (ex. Sunday, July 27) according to your cutoff days and times. Members can only enter cards for the dates according to your club’s rules which can be easily configured by day of week with exceptions for holidays and tournaments.
Configurable reservation tee time intervals can be set up by day of week or even for a specific date. Available tee time intervals are automatically displayed as buttons for easy selection. For example, for clubs having crossovers every Saturday morning with tee times from 7:00 to 9:00 and from 11:30 to 13:30, only these tee time intervals will be available. Naturally, similar features are available for shotguns.
Offers Sooner and Later buttons to indicate preference in case the specified tee time interval is not available.
Supports groups of foursomes for more appropriate tee time assignments for leagues and small groups.
Incremental searching on member last names enables finding members by entering just a few letters and scrolling up or down for common names.
For clubs requiring guest names, guest database option enables selection from existing guests and new guest entry.
GGGolf validates that the same member does not have two reservations for the same day. The detail of first reservation is displayed automatically when a second duplicate reservation is entered.

Reservation cards can also be entered, modified or cancelled by the starter or administrator in the regular GGGolf software

Viewing reservations cards

With traditional drop in reservation card boxes, members are often confronted with not knowing whether their golf partners actually filled out a reservation card.

With both GGGolf Touch screen and GGGolf Internet Services members can easily view their reservation cards as players or as reservation card responsibles.

Viewing personal tee times

Once tee times are assigned from the reservation cards, members always like to know what tee times they were actually assigned. Every week many clubs receive hundreds of phone calls from members wanting to know what tee times they where assigned. With GGGolf, you can save many of these calls as members can easily view their upcoming tee times.

There is a summary page of only their tee times, so they don’t have to search through each one of the tee time sheets! This feature is available with both the GGGolf Touch screen and the Internet services.

For group responsibles there is an option to view all tee times for their groups.

Viewing tee time sheets

Would you like to enable your members to view the tee time sheets to verify whether there are some available tee times for the current and upcoming days, from home, work or directly at the club?

Well both GGGolf Touch and Web services give that option real-time and 24 hours a day! Available days are displayed automatically for easy selection.

This is guaranteed to significantly reduce incoming calls to your club.

As soon the tee time reservation is entered by the starter, members can immediately view the entries by refreshing their screen.
