Our Story
In early 2000 passionate golfer and information technology specialist Gilles Gauthier, a member at Club de Golf Boucherville, develops an automatic lottery draw program to help a friend at the club, who manually manages ballots every week and needs to simplify and quicken the process.
Over the next few months, more and more clubs inquire about the system and the business begins.
Clients continued to make more feature request and so the platform expanded to include many new modules including supporting 36 holes, online reservations, member files, handicap, restrictions, and more.
With a focus on Canadian private and semi-private clubs, the team and technology continued to advance and become a market leader in the club management industry.
In early 2019 GGGolf was acquired by vertical market software aggregator Valsoft.
In late 2020 GGGolf was acquired by Canadian based marketing and payments solution provider Ackroo to expand their product and service offering and to help expand and grow the GGGolf technology and team.

The Brantford Golf & Country Club changed to GGGOLF Tee Time Software in January of 2020. We are very pleased with this robust tee-time software. The membership is very pleased with the ease of booking tee times, making lottery bookings, and posting scores to Golf Canada.
